このプレゼンテーションでは、私のエンジニアリングマネージャーというキャリアへの挑戦と成果についてお話しし、それがダイバーシティ＆インクルージョン（D&I）の観点でどのような影響・役割を担っているかについてお話したいと思います。あわせて、freeeではD&Iの重要性をどのように認識し、どのようにステップを踏んでいるのかについても触れたいと思います。

In this presentation, I would like to share how my career as Engineer had a pivotal role of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).
The challenges, accomplishments that shaped my career path to an Engineering manager role.
Alongside, I would like to share how my current Company Freee acknowledges the importance of D&I, what steps we are taking to promote and foster a healthy D&I at Freee.

5年前にJavaのバックエンド開発者として日本でキャリアをスタート、Dev-opsの経験も積み、今年(2023年2月)からfreeeに転職しました。
生産性高くスピード感をもって開発することをミッションとして、フィリピンと東京に跨るチームを率いています。
未知の土地であった日本も、いまとなっては生活の拠点となり、素晴らしい経験ができています。
新しいことに挑戦し続けるのが好きで、料理も大好きです。2羽のかわいいインコと一緒に仕事をしています。

I’ve started my career in Japan 5 years ago as a Backend - Java developer, and grew out with experience at Dev-ops as well. Soon started with a new career opportunity at Freee this year (2023/02). Picked up on the tech stack: Cloud platform, RoR, React framework. Alongside leading a team across Philippines and Tokyo with mission of High productivity and speed.
It has been a wonderful journey in Japan from being an unknown land to building a home in here.
I like to keep trying new things and love to cook. Have two lovely birds(インコ) keeping me company during wfh.
